Because our products are digital documents that are delivered immediately, we cannot take them back once they have been downloaded. For this reason we do not give refunds once a document has been downloaded, except if the file is faulty.
Faulty files
If a document will not open or is damaged, email admin@flmgroup.co.za within 7 days of your purchase with your order number. We will send you a working copy, or refund you if we cannot fix the problem.
Not downloaded yet
If you bought a document by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us and we will look at it case by case.
