Smart Docu Hub is a trading name of FLM Tech Consulting (Pty) Ltd. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you use smartdocuhub.co.za, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you buy a document or create an account we collect your name, email address, billing address, phone number (optional) and the details of your order. We do not see or store your card or bank details – payments are processed by PayFast.
Why we use it
To process your order, give you access to your downloads, send order emails, answer your questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
PayFast (to process payments), our website hosting provider (to run the website), and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently 5 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Cookies
The website uses cookies to keep your cart and your login working. Without them the shop cannot work.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
