SUMMARY 

The Form of Offer and Acceptance formalizes the legal process of offer and acceptance for engineering and construction works. The contract becomes effective either on the date the tenderer receives a fully completed original copy or two working days after submission to a courier service. Disputes are referred to South African Courts or arbitration by the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).
